1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 egg
1/2 c. of the sauce
Bread crumbs

SAUCE:

1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Heinz ketchup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water

Mix all the sauce ingredients together and cook.

Mix all the first ingredients together. Form into loaf and bake about 1 1/2 hours. Basting with the sauce about every 15 minutes.
