MOM-MOM ELIZABETH CLARK'S
BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE
 
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
Salt to taste
1 c. uncooked rice (cook rice as per pkg. instructions)

Mix all ingredients in large pan and cook on low heat until heated through. Pour mixture in 9 x 13 inch casserole and bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
