MINIATURE CHEESECAKES 
22 to 24 vanilla wafers (Sunshine or Nabisco)
Miniature foil cups or paper cups
1 lb. cream cheese (two 8 oz. pkg.)
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Pie filling (Comstock's blueberry or cherry)

Put one wafer in each cup. Whip all remaining ingredients, except pie filling. Fill each cup to top. Bake approximately 15 to 20 minutes in 375 degree oven. Remove from oven and cool. Spoon a small amount of pie filling on top of each cup. Chill until set. Makes 15 cups.
