3 eggs 1/2 lb. brown sugar 1 c. white sugar 1/4 lb. butter 1 1/4 c. peanut butter 1/4 tsp. Karo syrup 1/4 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. baking soda 4 1/2 c. oats 1 lb. pkg. Market Day Swiss Mix Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, vanilla and syrup. Beat until smooth. Stir in oats, baking soda and peanut butter. Stir in Swiss Mix. Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet. Use an ice cream scoop to shape cookies, and be sure to leave plenty of space between each cookie, because they spread out and become very big cookies. 2 1/2 dozen. |
