MARBLE COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs, separated
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

TOPPING:

3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa

Cream well sugar, butter, add egg yolks and beat. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with cup of milk. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.

Mix topping. Pour half of batter into oiled angel food cake pan, add 3/4 topping, pour remainder of batter into pan, cut topping through batter to make marbled effect. Sprinkle rest of topping on top of cake. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
