LAYERED TACO SALAD 
1 can lg. refried beans
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Crushed taco chips
2 avocados, mashed
1 sm. container sour cream
3/4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Jack cheese
1 can or jar salsa
2 tomatoes, sliced
Green onions, chopped (to taste)
Olives, sliced
Cilantro
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning

Add 1/2 package taco seasoning to meat and cook. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Layer in order above and refrigerate for 1 hour - or heat or use as dip or cut into squares.
