LAYERED SALAD 
3/4 head lettuce, cut small or shredded
2 carrots, leaned and grated
1 onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 cucumber, sliced thin
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. (buttermilk, Ranch, Caesars) dressing
4 or 5 boiled eggs, sliced
2 med. tomatoes, diced
5 or 6 strips bacon, fried and crumbled

Using 9 x 12 inch pan put lettuce in bottom and layer (evenly) all ingredients in order of appearance topping with tomato and bacon. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve. Can be made night before. Keep refrigerated.
