MEAT LOAF 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs (or 2 slices bread cubed)
2 tsp. salt
1 carrot (optional)
3/4 c. milk
2 lb. ground beef (or 1 lb. ground beef and 1 lb. ground turkey)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion (optional)

TOPPING:

1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Beat eggs lightly. Add bread crumbs and milk. Let stand a few minutes. Add beef, seasoning, carrot, and onion. Shape in a loaf and place in a shallow pan. Spread topping over meat. Bake 1 hour in a 325 degree oven.
