1 c. oil 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. quick cooking oats 1 c. nuts 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking powder 2 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. coconut 1 tsp. vanilla Cream oil, brown sugar and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time, beaten well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix flour, baking powder and salt, then add to mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by small teaspoon on cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes. If cookies flatten out too much, add a little more oatmeal. |
