PORK CHOPS MADRID 
4 pork loin chops, 3/4-inch thick
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up
1 (16 oz.) can drained corn
1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
Pam cooking spray

In skillet sprayed with Pam, brown pork chops on both sides. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Set chops aside. In skillet, combine remaining ingredients except French fried onions; bring to boil. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 can onions. Place mixture in an 8x12-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Arrange pork chops on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and top with remaining onions. Bake 10 minutes.
