SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 pkg. chicken
2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
Butter
Crisco
Milk

De- skin chicken parts and wash. On separate plate mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika together. Dip chicken in flour mix, then dip chicken in milk, then dip in flour again. Let stand in refrigerator 1 hour.

Heat Crisco and butter in skillet. Place chicken in. Dash salt and pepper on top. Fry until chicken is done, about 3/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
