1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can Hershey's syrup

Mix all cake ingredients together and bake on greased and floured cookie sheet at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.

ICING:

6 tbsp. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk
1 c. chocolate chips

Bring to a boil butter, sugar and milk, boil 1 minute, remove from heat, add chocolate chips. Stir until a little stiff. Spread on brownies. Cut into squares.
