LOW CHOLESTEROL PIE CRUST 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Canola oil plus 2 tbsp.
4 tbsp. cold water

In mixing bowl stir together flour and salt. Pour oil and water into a measuring cup (do not stir), add all at once to flour mix. Stir lightly with fork. Form into 2 balls; flatten slightly with hands. Cut waxed paper into 12 inch squares. Place each ball of dough between 2 squares of paper. Dampen work surface with a little water to prevent paper from slipping. Roll each ball of dough into circle to edge of paper. Peel off top paper and fit dough paper side up into pie plate. Remove paper, finish as for single or double pie crust.
