TAFFY APPLE DIP 
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. blanched peanuts (skinned & chopped)

Beat cream cheese. Add caramel, brown sugar and vanilla; mix. Stir in peanuts and serve with cut up apples for dipping. Cover and refrigerate unused portion. Serves 8.
