CRUNCHY PEA SALAD | |
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas 1 c. diced celery 1 c. chopped cauliflower 1/4 c. diced green onion 1 c. chopped cashews 1/4 c. crisp cooked bacon (crumbled) 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing (original) 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard Rinse peas in hot water and drain. Combine vegetables, nuts and bacon with sour cream. Mix dressing and mustard together and pour over salad mixture. Toss gently. Chill. |
