MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter (soft)
1 c. nuts, chopped

Combine flour, butter and nuts. Pat into 9x13 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; cool.

LAYER 1:
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip, frozen

Whip together confectioners sugar, cream cheese and thawed topping. Spread on cooled crust.

LAYER 2:
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. cold milk

Whip together pudding mixes and milk until thickened. Spread on cheese mixture.

TOPPING:

1 c. Cool Whip
Grated chocolate
Chopped nuts

Spread remaining cup of topping over second layer. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
