CHICKEN FAJITA PITA 
4 reg. size pita bread
3 tbsp. corn oil
Minced garlic - 1 clove (more or less according to personal taste)
1 lb. chicken, cut into strips
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 med. onion, sliced
1 tbsp. lime juice
Mexican seasoning to taste

Heat corn oil, garlic and Mexican seasoning over medium-high heat. Add chicken. Stir fry about 4 minutes. Add red pepper, onion and lime juice. Saute 4 minutes.

Spread on pita bread. (May top with salsa and sour cream.) Fold over -- ole! (Pita bread may be heated a few seconds in microwave.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
