CHICKEN SALAD PITAS 
1 chicken boiled (shred small medium chicken from bone)
1 sm. can crushed drained pineapple
1 c. total equal parts sour cream and plain yogurt or to desired amount
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, or less as desired
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 pkg. pita bread, cut into halves
Lettuce and tomato

Mix chicken, pineapple, sour cream, and yogurt. Line 1/2 pita pocket with lettuce and tomato; fill with chicken mixture.

NOTE: Season to taste with salt and garlic salt. Add this as you mix the chicken salad.
