HAM OR TURKEY GINGER GLAZE 
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 cup Domaine de Canton (French ginger liqueur)
1 cup honey
1 tbsp. butter

Pour orange juice into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce by half. Add Domaine de Canton, bring to a boil and reduce by half again.

Incorporate the honey into the liquid, and cook until it is a soup consistency. Turn off heat, stir in butter.

Baste Turkey or Ham as desired while roasting!
