SARA'S SEAFOOD ALFREDO | |
Best if served with garlic bread :) 1 lb. tiger shrimp 1/2 lb. bay scallops 1 (16 oz.) pkg. linguine pasta 1 tbsp. butter 1 (24 oz.) jar alfredo sauce (your choice) 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream 1 head of broccoli 1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning Peel and de-vein tiger shrimp. Wash scallops and shrimp and add a tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in frying pan. While the butter is melting, make pasta according to package directions. When butter is melted add shrimp and scallops, cook thoroughly - the shrimp must be pink and scallops a nice white color or else they will be mushy and not done all the way. In small pan heat the alfredo, add about 1/4 of the jar with milk or heavy cream, put the lid back on and shake it up - add to the alfredo. In another pan you should steam the broccoli, when it is done chop up to whatever size you would like. When everything is finished add all ingredients together and VOILA you have Seafood Alfredo!
