SHRIMP JAMBALAYA 
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Rice A Roni chicken flavor
2 2/3 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
Salt to taste
3 lbs. fresh shelled shrimp

Melt butter in skillet. Add chicken and Rice A Roni; saute to a light brown color. Stir in very hot water. Add chicken flavor packet and pepper, Tabasco sauce, onions, celery, green pepper, and salt. Add fresh shelled shrimp and cover with lid and simmer for 15 minutes.
