HAMBURGER SOUP | |
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat 1 onion, chopped 1/2 c. celery chopped 1 qt. tomatoes 2 beef bouillon cubes 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 1/3 c. rice (reg. not instant) 2 1/2 c. water Saute hamburger with onion and celery in 1 tablespoon butter until brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve with hard crusted bread. |
