CHILI BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 can chili with beans
1 can kidney or pinto beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. tomato sauce
1 chopped onion (approx. 1 c.)
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 oz. or more of Fritos or taco chips (crushed)

Brown beef and onions. Add chili and beans and tomato sauce. Reserve 1 cup Fritos and 1/2 cup cheese. Add remaining Fritos and cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and put Fritos around the edge. Bake 5 more minutes. Serves 6-8.
