BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries

ICING:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg and milk. Add flour, powder, and salt. Add blueberries.

For Topping: Combine all 4 items and mix with fork. Sprinkle on top of coffee cake. Bake 45 to 50 minutes in 375 degree oven.
