BLUEBERRY YOGURT PANCAKES 
2 c. flour
1 c. blueberry yogurt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, well drained

Mix dry ingredients together. Add eggs, milk and butter. Add yogurt. Stir until smooth or use a hand electric mixer. Fold in blueberries. Prepare on a lightly greased griddle or electric frying pan. Serves 3-4. Out of this world!
