3 med. potatoes, peeled or unpeeled 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. minced onion 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 tbsp. safflower or canola oil 1 tbsp. water Vegetable cooking spray Coat 13 x 9 inch baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Slice potatoes in 1/8 inch wedges. Place wedges in a single layer in the baking dish. Combine other ingredients. Brush potatoes with oil mixture. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Baste occasionally with oil mixture.
