1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar

Mix together first 3 ingredients. Mix until crumbly. Press into 6 x 10 inch pan into bottom and sides. (Do not grease pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While cake bakes - mix filling in bowls.

FILLING:

2 eggs
3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add flour, vanilla and baking powder. Fold in 1 cup diced apples (or peaches). Pour this mixture into baked shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
