BAKLAVA 
2 pkg. frozen puff pastry (14 oz. each)
1/2 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

2 c. ground walnuts
3/4 c. sugar

SAUCE:

2/3 c. liquid honey
3/4 c. sugar
1 whole lemon, cut in 5 slices
1 c. water

Pastry: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a shallow casserole or cake pan. Thaw puff pastry according to package directions. Roll out pastry thinly. Cut into 10-12 pieces the size of the pan. Place 4 pieces into prepared pan, brushing each piece with melted butter.

Filling: Combine walnuts and sugar. Mix well. Put 4 pieces of pastry aside. Place remaining dough pieces in pan, covering each one evenly with walnut mixture. Place 4 pieces of pastry over walnut mixture, brushing each piece with melted butter. Bake on middle oven rack at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Sauce: Combine honey, sugar, lemon slices and water in small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer 5 minutes. Remove lemon slices. Pour 1/2 of sauce over baked Baklava. Let cool. Pour remaining sauce over Baklava just before serving.
