NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE MUNCHIES | |
3 c. oatmeal 3/4 c. dried coconut 1/3 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 6 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla Combine oatmeal, coconut and nuts. In large saucepan, heat milk, butter and sugar to boiling. Remove from heat. Add cocoa and vanilla. Mix. Add oatmeal mixture and stir all together. Drop from a teaspoon onto wax paper. Will harden and be ready to eat in about 15 minutes. |
