FLORIDA SALAD 
4 bananas, mashed
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, reserve juice
4 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jello

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in bananas, marshmallows, and drained pineapple. Place in refrigerator to set.

TOPPING:

2 eggs, beaten well
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. reserved pineapple juice
2 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1/2 c. cold milk
Pecans

Combine beaten eggs, sugar, flour and pineapple juice. Cook in saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Cool. Meanwhile, whip Dream Whip with cold milk until peaks hold. Fold into egg mixture. Spread over salad. Top with pecans.
