PUMPKIN PIE BARS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. butter

Blend ingredients until crumbly. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

1 can pumpkin
13 oz. can evaporated milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger

Combine ingredients and pour into baked crust. Bake for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. nut meats

Combine and spread over hot filling and bake for 20 minutes more.
