PILLOW LAYER MINTS 
10 squares almond bark
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. peppermint extract
Drops of green food coloring
3 tbsp. cream

Melt 6 squares almond bark and chocolate chips together at low temperature. Spread 1/2 of mixture in bottom of a pan. Should be a thin layer. Cool in freezer. Melt 4 squares of almond bark, add cream, extract and coloring next. Spread over frozen chocolate. Cool in freezer. Add top layer of chocolate mixture. Cool.
