CHICKEN WITH WINE AND BRANDY 
6 chicken breasts, deboned
1/2 c. butter
2 tomatoes, fresh, chopped
1 c. white wine
1/4 c. whipping cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
Few drops of Tabasco
4 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
2 tbsp. brandy
Salt and pepper to taste

Season chicken with salt and pepper. In large skillet, melt butter, saute chicken until golden brown. Add brandy and tomatoes, green onions, garlic, Tabasco, and wine.

Let mixture simmer for 45 minutes until chicken is tender. Stir in cream and Kitchen Bouquet. Serve with rice or potatoes.
