REELFOOT LAKE PIE CRUST 
4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. Crisco
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 small can evaporated milk
1 whole egg, beaten

Mix ingredients and use as needed. When rolling and preparing any pastry or pie crust, handle as little as possible to ensure flakiness and to prevent toughness.
