SPAGHETTI WITH GARLIC AND OLIVE
OIL
 
Grated Romano cheese
1 lb. thin spaghetti
6 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. olive oil

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 4 cups of water from pasta for recipe. Saute oil and chopped garlic, for 1 minute, in large saucepan. Add the 4 cups reserved pasta water. Add the garlic powder. Stir and cook 3 minutes. Place spaghetti in dishes and spoon garlic mixture over it. Sprinkle generously with grated Romano cheese.
