DIVINE FUDGE 
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 sm. can evaporated milk or 1/2 lg. can
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Lg. jar marshmallow whip

Cook together, boiling slowly, first 5 ingredients, about 6 minutes on medium temperature. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow whip, about half jar. Beat until creamy. If desired, add 1/2 or 2/3 cup nuts or coconut.

For light chocolate, add 3 tablespoons cocoa to sugar before cooking or 5 tablespoons for dark chocolate. Food coloring may be added to white fudge, also. Spread in buttered pan. Cool. Cut in squares before too hard.
