3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sweet potatoes
1 c. coconut (if desired)

Cook potatoes and mash. Stir all ingredients together and pour into two (9 inch) pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees about an hour.
