GRAM'S SALAD DELIGHT 
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. cherry jello
1 can evaporated milk, chilled
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. nuts, crushed
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, chopped

Boil crushed pineapple and sugar for 5 minutes. Mix in jello powder and cool. Beat together chilled milk and cream cheese, whipping until stiff.

Thoroughly mix in pineapple and jello. Add nuts and cherries. Place in a large bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
