1 1/2 c. cornmeal (reg)
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 c. diced onions
1 can cream corn
2 eggs

Mix in above order. Drop in hot oil and fry until brown.
