1 c. pineapple juice
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 pts. whipping cream
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sugar

Cook fruit juices, eggs and sugar in the top of a double boiler until thickened. Cool. Whip the cream and fold in.
