GREAT SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
5 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 c. butter (one stick)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour

Mix sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon in bowl and set aside. Cream butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream in mixing bowl. Add (but do not beat hard) the salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour.

Wipe bundt pan with oil. Put 1/2 batter in pan. Sprinkle with 2/3 of the sugar mixture then 1/2 cup nuts. Add rest of batter and remaining sugar topping. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn off oven and leave cake in 10 minutes longer. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar while hot.
