CEFERINO PIE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
10 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp. salt
8 or 9 in. pie shell
1 egg
10 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat slowly; drain fat. Add garlic, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper and simmer, uncovered, until thick, about 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Brown pie shell; then pour in a layer of hamburger and then a layer of Mozzarella cheese. Add another layer of meat and then a layer of Cheddar cheese. Then add a layer of meat and then another layer of Mozzarella. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese mixed with the egg on top and then sprinkle on the parsley.
