TERRY'S SPINACH SNACK 
1 box frozen spinach
2 tbsp. feta cheese
1 tsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 fresh garden tomato

Boil spinach until cooked. Drain. Put olive oil and pressed garlic into frying pan on medium heat for 1 minute. Add spinach. Stir. Turn down heat. Place feta cheese on top of spinach and cover with lid. Steam for 1 minute. Serve with fresh sliced garden tomatoes. Serves 2.
