CRUNCHY CEREAL COOKIES 
1 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. quick cooking oats, uncooked
1 c. corn flakes cereal
2 tbsp. wheat germ
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine all flour, cinnamon, soda, baking powder and salt; set aside. Cream butter in a medium bowl. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in flour, mixing well. Stir in oats, corn flakes and wheat germ.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly on cookie sheets. Remove cookies to wire racks to cool completely. Yields 3 1/2 dozen, with 53 calories each.
