1 c. unbleached flour
1 tbsp. butter
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Milk
1 qt. strawberries

Mix as for biscuits, using enough milk to make biscuit batter (about 1/2 cup). Roll and bake in hot oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Take 1 quart of berries, sweeten with fructose and slightly crushed. Split open the biscuit, butter well and spread with berries. Put on the top and cover with remaining berries. Toss a little whip cream on top.
