TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. frozen tater tots (usually enough for 2 casseroles)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup

Shape ground meat into a thin layer in the bottom of a 9 inch baking dish (no need to brown meat). Onions or bell peppers may be mixed with the meat, if desired. Place a layer of tater tots on top of the meat. Pour the mushroom and celery soups on top of the meat and potatoes. Bake for one hour at 400-450 degrees. Quick and easy.
