TACO MAC SALAD 
2 c. rotini spirals
1 lb. ground beef
1 to 1 1/2 oz. of packaged taco seasoning
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. onion, minced
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 box cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1/2 c. French dressing

Cook rotini spirals as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water, drain again. Brown meat and drain fat. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Cool. In a large bowl, mix rotini spirals, green pepper, onion, cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. Chill. Just before serving, stir in seasoned ground beef and French dressing. Toss lightly.
