PIZZA QUICHE 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. light cream
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
4 eggs, well mixed
1 green pepper, sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
1 unbaked pie shell

Saute sausage until cooked and crumbled up; drain. Put in pie shell. Mix eggs, pepper, onions and pour into shell. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake until well done in 375 degree oven.
