PIZZA QUICHE | |
1/3 lb. pepperoni, chopped in food processor 3/4 c. green pepper, chopped 1 1/2 c. tomatoes, chopped 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped 1 1/2 c. Cheddar Sharp cheese, shredded 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 6 eggs 3 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 c. half & half 1 clove garlic, minced 1/3 c. parsley, chopped 2 (8 inch) pie shells Blend. Bake pie shells 8 minutes at 400 degrees before filling. Layer pepperoni, green pepper, tomatoes, onions and cheese in pie shells. Blend together eggs, milk, seasonings and pour over pies. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Allow to stand at least 15 minutes before slicing. Freezes well. |
