EASY HOLLANDAISE SAUCE 
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice

Cook and stir over low heat until just heated through. (Do not boil or it will separate.) Makes 6-8 servings.
